Philippines-Singapore-Vietnam-Cambodia-Thailand-Singapore-Ph

Jan. 22 - 30, 2007

A cheap way to travel from country to country is going to Southeast Asia. There are so many budget airlines to choose, such as Cebu Pacific (www.cebupacificair.com) and Thai Air Asia (www.airasia.com), Tiger Airways (www.tigerairways.com) and more.

From Philippines we flew via Tiger Airways to Singapore. We stayed overnight and buy some electronic products at Sim Lim Square. The taxi driver in Singapore was giving us tips on how to shop at Sim Lim and he keeps telling stories of what to do. The following day, we flew via Tiger Airways to Ho Chi Minh City and stayed for for days there. Unfotunately, most people don't speak English even the people working at the hotel. So our stay in Vietnam was exciting as we thought. We went to Nhatrang by train for 8 hours (overnight) and stayed there for a day then back again in the evening by bus. We then proceed to Cambodia by bus (8 hours) for only US$11.00 with free food. Then after 2 days we flew to Thailand by Air Asia and same air carier to back to Singapore. We flew back home after 8 days via Cebu Pacific.
